Oreos Milkshake

  • 6 tablespoons of coconut ice cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 10 Oreos
  • 1 can of whipped cream
  1. In a food processor, add the ice cream (6 spoons), milk and bananas and mix until a creamy mixture is obtained.
  2. Add the Oreos reduced to pieces and mix again.
  3. Pour the mixture into two large glasses and keep in a cool place.
  4. When taking out of the refrigerator, add a dome of whipped cream to your milkshakes. Enjoy your tasting !

Detox water with pear, cinnamon, vanilla and ginger

  • 1 pear
  • 2 cm grated ginger
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ½ vanilla bean
  • 1 l of water (mineral)
  1. Wash the pear and cut a small piece of ginger and remove the skin.
  2. Slice the pear and ginger.
  3. Place half of the pear slices in the carafe, then the grated ginger, cinnamon stick, the vanilla, and finally add the rest of the pear. Add the litre of water.
  4. Keep refrigerated overnight. Enjoy your tasting !

Vanilla milkshake

  • 3 dl of milk
  • 125 g vanilla ice cream, cut into pieces
  • ½ vanilla pod or ½ sachet of vanilla sugar
  1. Mix all the ingredients and reduce them to a foamy purée.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy with your straws. Enjoy your tasting !

Strawberry, raspberry, lemon and mint cocktail

  • 70 cl of sparkling fresh water
  • 50 cl apple juice
  • 50 cl orange juice
  • 30 cl pineapple juice
  • 10 pinches of sugar
  • 1 lemon
  1. Wash and cut the strawberries and wipe the raspberries with a paper towel. (be careful not to wash the raspberries, you could damage them or soak them in water)
  2. Place the strawberries and raspberries in a blender, add the juice of 1/2 lemon and sugar.
  3. Mix the mixture until it has a smooth texture and then strain the mixture through a sieve to ensure that no seeds remain.
  4. Pour the preparation into a glass, add the sparkling water and enjoy with your straws. Enjoy your tasting !

Lemonade with green tea, lemon and fresh mint

  • 1.5 liter of water
  • 2 bags of green tea
  • 6 lemons
  • 5 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 handful of fresh mint
  1. Bring 1.3 l of water to a boil and infuse the tea bags for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and allow the preparation to cool.
  3. Take 200 ml of water and heat it in a saucepan with honey.
  4. Squeeze 4 lemons.
  5. Pour the cooled preparation, honey water and lemon juice into a carafe.
  6. Cut the remaining 2 lemons into slices and add them to the decanter.
  7. Chop the mint and add it to the decanter.
  8. Refrigerate the preparation and serve it chilled with your straws. Enjoy your tasting!

Virgin mojito

  • Frozen sparkling water
  • 3 untreated limes
  • 1 small handful of mint
  • 2 tablespoons of cane sugar
  1. Wash and squeeze 2 limes and divide their juice into 2 glasses.
  2. Wash one cut the last lime into 4 wedges.
  3. Wash, dry and remove the leaves from the mint (set aside 2 sprigs).
  4. In each glass, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/4 of the mint leaves and crush the leaves in the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Add in each glass the iced sparkling water, 1 sprig of mint, 2 lime wedges and your straws. Enjoy your tasting !

Sparkling non-alcoholic cocktail

  • 70 cl of sparkling fresh water
  • 50 cl apple juice
  • 50 cl orange juice
  • 30 cl pineapple juice
  • 10 pinches of sugar
  • 1 lemon
  1. Pour the juices into a carafe.
  2. Squeeze the lemon and add its juice to the preparation.
  3. Add the sparkling water.
  4. Pour in the sugar.
  5. Refrigerate the cocktail and serve it fresh with your straws. Enjoy your tasting !
